OFFICE MANAGER DESCRIPTION:
The Office Manager will be responsible for he weekly/daily/monthly management of the Marina's cash flow, maintenance schedules, human resource dutes as well as oversee the flow of boat launches and landings.
SPECIFIC DUTIES PERSONNEL Prepare weekly work schedules Make sure all new hires complete the required new hire documentation and any training Ensure existing employees receive required ongoing training.
Manage Timecards MAINTENANCE Make sure all facilities/equipment or environmental maintenance takes place as scheduled, whether daily, weekly, monthly or otherwise, whether performed by marina personnel or outside vendors.
FINANCIAL Make daily or weekly bank deposits.
Send monthly statements to customers.
Pay bills Run payroll OTHER Monitor launches and landings thru BOAT DOK app Monitor and manage inventory levels of all items necessary to run the Marina, including related purchasing.
COMPUTER SKILLS Quick Books, Excel, Word, Adobe, Basic Graphics a plus, Email (including secure mail) ACCOUNTING SKILLS Understanding of Debits and Credits, Data Entry, Payables, Payroll Processing, Tax Deposits, Bank Reconciliations, Spreadsheets, Generation of various reports Job Type:
